To facilitate the process of finding the proper life-long home for each adopted dog and provide continued support.

There are many ways that groups advocate to find homes for greyhounds. We use a common sense approach and respect all people. We are available for anyone who needs our services before and after adoption and for the long term.

While our efforts are to place as many greyhounds as possible, we do not and will not ascribe to simply placing dogs based on numbers. We want our adopted greyhounds to be nurtured and cared for by responsible and knowledgeable adopters who will provide life-long care and love. Therefore, we not only help in the adoption process, but we provide follow-up, long-term aid and support for adopters.

Greyhound adopters will tell you how wonderful their hounds are and many have adopted more than one. They are often called "potato chip" dogs as you can't have just one!! The word has spread and greyhound adoption has caught on in recent years. Still there is plenty of work to do for groups such as ours.

To educate the public about retired racing greyhounds and their value as gentle, loving creatures that make wonderful additions to our lives.

Many people who meet greyhounds are surprised at their gentle quiet nature! They are actually much quieter and are easier to take care of than most small breeds of dogs!

We try to avoid choosing sides regarding whether greyhound racing is right or wrong. We only wish to find good homes for greyhounds when they no longer race. This is a labor of love and we work hard to accomplish our goal.
