Oh hey there ladies, need to sidle up to Ol' Crab?
Life may be a roll of the dice, but you're guaranteed a good outcome with Crab, former Race Name "Tumbling Dice" ...even if he can be a little seedy sometimes - if he can see you, he tends to just watch what you're doing the whole time. He's either very curious, or needs to learn when staring just becomes rude! But he usually won't bark or make noise, he's just really interested in what you're doing. Hanging out the laundry is obviously fascinating!
But other than being a bit of a leer, Crab is actually a beautiful boy with a lot of good qualities:
✅ Absolutely gorgeous boy who melts the hearts of those he meets
✅ Loves attention! Crab seeks out affection - but he gives it back don't you worry.
✅ Very friendly, easy-going, cruisy dude.
✅ Just a downright great dog.
✅ Good with other dogs:
- Very well behaved when he met a small Italian Greyhound and blind West Highland Terrier.
- Crab did run after the Italian Greyhound when she started zooming around, but he disengaged easily.
- Regularly interacts with other Greyhounds.
- He usually ignores the large breed males - even when they bark at him.
- He would still need very slow, gradual introductions to any new dogs.
✅ Good with kids:
- Crab has regularly interacted with kids aged 12+ years old.
- He is very good with them, so may be fine with younger children, after a nice meet and greet to see how everyone goes.
✅ Clever Crab comes to his name.
✅This cruisy dude walks very well on lead.
If you like the idea of someone finding everything you do interesting and worth ogling at, then Crab may be that confidence boost you need!
