Digby is currently in a foster home learning all there is to pet life!
Digs is coming out of his shell more and more and with every day, his foster mum and dad are seeing his sweet and affectionate personality shine through. Inside is still a bit scary for him but he is a quick learner and overcoming this and becoming more confident.
He loves to lounge around on his bed and gets so excited to see his foster pawrents after a long day at work.
Shy guy Digby is a sweet natured boy ready to give pet-life a go.
When Digby arrived to GAP, he was timid and unsure of a lot of things. With time, he has begun to open up and show some of the sweet and gentle personality he has hidden within.
Digby’s forever home will be one that is willing to take things slow and go at his own pace. Digby feels much more comfortable when in an open space such as a medium sized yard and when he is given the choice to retreat when things get a little overwhelming. He would be happy to spend his days in the yard, relaxing and exploring, making him an ideal companion for full-time workers.
Digby would much rather be in a home that is quiet and has no children. He has met some other greyhounds here at the adoption center and while not essential, we feel that Digby would very much benefit from having another greyhound friend around to help show him the ropes to settle into pet-life quicker.
